Nicholas Clayton, better known as Nick in the buncee sphere, is an SDC teacher for grades 4-6 at Puesta Del Sol Elementary School in Victorville, CA in his 5th year of teaching. As a tech coach, Nick is known as the “Tech Liberator,” and he holds weekly share/collaboration events via his personal website and Google Classroom. Of course, like any great educator, Nick is an “oversharer!” He lives for Twitter, his PLN, and his global learning site, through which he shares his knowledge, helping to piece together the edu puzzle! His classroom is a virtual one where students can learn anything, no matter the physical boundaries!

WHY AMBASSADOR NICHOLAS ROCKS:

Nicholas is an absolutely amazing educator. His passion for teaching and learning is contagious, and inspiring, as he cultivates a learning environment in which his students can achieve any learning goal. Through his edu adventures, Nick has collected some amazing tools and teaching methods, which he admireably shares with anyone who takes a moment to listen. In fact, Nick’s desire to share his knowledge with the world has booked him a ticket to Miami Device – the learning conference dedicated to mobile education and edtech!

Additionally, Nick and his students are buncee masters! Whether they use buncee for their daily lessons or sending thank you ecards to their anonymous DonorsChoose donor, this teacher and his students create amazing digital, shareable content!

WHAT AMBASSADOR NICHOLAS SAYS ABOUT BUNCEE:

“Buncee makes creating post-share-blogposts for my live virtual field trip Hangouts easy. I do several live Hangouts on Air occur throughout my school year with the tech people that help encourage future-ready career choices for my students. I can easily use Buncee to drop in any multimedia content, add some buncee flair, and share it in a more creative way! Teachers can easily do the same to create engaging content for lessons and projects.

I recommend Buncee to all of my colleagues and anyone who is looking for an engaging web 2.0 tool. It has so many visual aides for teachers, and the buncee team adds more every day! Students learn through visual input and engaging models- Buncee gives teachers a vehicle to help students learn.
